Full membership is open to:

• National tea and/or herbal infusions associations of the member countries of the EU, together with Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
• Individual companies involved in the tea and/or herbal infusions business from the above mentioned countries in case there is no national association.

Associated membership is open to:

• Tea and/or herbal infusions associations from other countries.
• Companies and organisations promoting the common interests of the tea and herbal infusions industry, e. g. producer organisations (case-by-case decision).
• Organisations from tea growing countries (membership in Tea Subgroup).

Observer status is open to:

• Tea and herbal infusions associations and companies which cannot become a full member and do not want to become an associated member.
